Saw the 1st game tonight..it was WAY hot in there. J. Smith didn't hit much at first, but then hit 4 3's in a row. Crews looked pretty good, pretty aggressive getting to the rim. Knocked down a 3.

Chism looked good, but a little tired by the end.

Williams kept up for a while, but I don't think he's conditioned yet for 40mins against good talent.

Bosse played ok (did he transfer to King??)

JuJuan hit more than a few. He ended up with 45. Chism didn't have the night he had on Monday. Took a lot of 3's and missed quite a few. Looks very good though. He's about an inch taller than B. Williams. He must have grown an inch. He's got to be at least 6'10" now. Very lean.

Duke looks really good around the basket. Kinda like he did at the beginning of last year before he started looking a little lost. Very aggressive and somewhat quicker. Still no better at his FT's. But stayed on the line the whole time during warm ups and between halves.

I was kind of impressed with Howell. He hit a lot of 3's - missed a lot to though. Didn't drive to the basket at all. I think he did alright though.

T. Smith didn't have the night he had on Monday. He didn't score until about 8 minutes left in the 1st half. Plays real aggressive next to the basket and finishes really well.

Prince looked pretty good.

Tatum and Williams looked like incoming freshmen. Both look timid. Not very aggressive. Still not overly impressed. Neither will have to do too much this year, so I'm sure they will be good assets in another year or two.

Tabb out husled everyone tonight.

Lofton was absolutely incredible. Awesome drives. 3's over T. Smith. Didn't miss much. Had over 50.

I thought Tatum was pretty impressive tonight. had some nice dunks, and made a couple 3s..

And Lofton was amazing, especially that fade away over T. Smith and then the pull up from mid court..the place went crazy.

I wanted to stay for the 2nd game, but my friend said it was too damn hot to stay...oh well, guess I'll go with someone else next time.

how crazy is it that we're all still fired up over basketball and it's June? Pearl Rocks! when are we going to break out the Pearl Jam signs?

If the guys can stand to play in the heat, then I believe I can sit through it. Maybe they will move this to a building with AC next year if they get enough support. With a possible great class coming in, it will be great to check out the talent before the season starts.

I'm interested to see how Tatum and Williams at the end of the tournament compared to how they look now. Not a long time, but I think they will be more relaxed and confident by then.

The next few years it will be harder to get a basketball ticket than a football ticket.

Does anyone know how much UT basketball season tickets are?
