Robert Gillespie needs to be retained no matter what unfolds

Pay that man. He is by far the best assistant on this staff and he's more than earning his pay. We have the best RB in the conference and we have a lot of studs behind him. Gillespie was a home run hire.

More like manhandled at first. Idk if adjustments were made or what but they definitely deserve SOME credit for the second half success in the run game. Kelly made many of the plays happen simply because he wouldn't be denied, true. Dude is a stud
