Seems to be spot on to me, only thing is he should have listed co-impact newcomers because we will need them.

To H3LL with that article....I am ready to simply enjoy this roller coaster ride of rising young studs....they have something to prove and I can't wait to see them prove it this season...GO VOLS!

I know we haven't proven anything but 49 out of 120...is low even though our roster is 70% frosh and soph. GBO we will prove it on the field.

Not much to argue with there.
Sure there was. The piece on Bray's completion % shows he has never seen him play. The wide receiver analysis said no depth, which is dead wrong and the exact same is true of his Oline silliness. On D, he said only Jackson and Jackson have any prayer of all conference honors, which one could make a case for, but I wouldn't.

From what is proven.. this article is correct.

The only problem being.. this is a new year, not last year.. all preseason rankings are complete crap IMO... cant really tell anything till about the second or third game of the year

Last years USA Today preseason poll had Texas at #4 and Auburn at #23. We know how that turned out. A lot can happen between now and December. Player development, injuries, lucky plays and missed calls can do a lot to preseason predictions.

For further evidence of where TN is in the national perspective... Northwestern was the #48 team. I never thought I'd see the day.
