If we finish 10th in the SEC we might as well move to the ****ing Conference USA.

Three things:

1. It says 9th not 10th (Which I doubt either will happen)

2. That doesn't mean they think we lose to Kentucky, just that the Liberty bowl would take them over us. (Which I doubt)

3. WTF is the BBVA Compass Bowl?

Tenth in the SEC sounds bad, granted. But look at our schedule, look at our roster, look at other teams in the SEC. I'm all for optimism, but realistically, 6-6 is very possible - and 6-6 could easily finish us at tenth in the SEC.

We have some talent just not enough to have quality depth especially on Defense. With the schedule we play we are a few key injuries or a sophomore slump away from being a 5-7 or 4-8 type team. If everything goes right 7-5 would be about right.

Agree on 2 and 3. And 1 is actually true, but it saying 9th actually means 10th. You forgot that two teams shared the #1 spot (BCS bowl bid).

i saw that they put miami in a re-match with notre dame. would be nice to get payback!

I think if everything goes right we should win 8.

Montana, Cincy, Buffalo, MTSU, Vanderbilt, and Kentucky should be wins. That would mean that we only had to 2 out of the other 6. Alabama probably isn't happening, but I think its entirely possible that we can win 2 out of Georgia, Florida, LSU, Arkansas, or South Carolina.

We should have won 7 regular season games last year. We are better this year and I'm not buying that the schedule is harder

I love being the underdog...I cant wait to get this season started so our boys can prove some of these people wrong. I think we have alot of talent that will shine this year.

I understand that. Do you really think that if we beat UK and finish ahead of them, the Liberty Bowl would take them ahead of us? Seems to me like Tennessee would draw a crowd in Memphis.

yeah I do. Kentucky would bring more that would stay several days than Tennessee would. be better economically for Memphis to take UK.. I might go from Nashville but would not stay 3-4 days
