My favorite song, until the day I die. Nothing but the truth, backed up by some of the best guitar work music will ever hear. It is perfection.
I said this in another thread but, Ozzy is the true king of rock and roll. My dad and I never really shared much with our music tastes….. I was always more of a Green Day, Soundgarden, and well….. death and doom metal, type of guy. My dad wasn’t. But he and I did love one guy equally: Ozzy. So many memories of listening to the Prince of Darkness with him.
Losing Brian Wilson and Ozzy within the span of 30 days is truly unfathomable. Two legends gone in the same summer. I’d say that I hope we don’t lose Keith Richards next, but at least we know he’s probably immortal at this point.
I was going to say, what we REALLY should be doing is celebrating the miracle that we got to have Ozzy for as long as we did!He looked terrible during The Osbournes. I'm honestly surprised he made it this long.
I’m convinced the drugs and booze kept him alive the last 30 years.I was going to say, what we REALLY should be doing is celebrating the miracle that we got to have Ozzy for as long as we did!
Aside from the Parkinsons and early heavy drug abuse, people forget that Ozzy was in a horrific ATV accident a few years back that almost killed him! He was living in a lot of pain just from that and that was before the Parkinsons diagnosis! There's no telling how many different medications he was on, which puts a lot of stress on your body and organs. How he managed to make it to 76 was only by God's grace!

I kid, but it is amazing he made it this long. This is bothering me, I won’t lie.

The insane thing is that since he almost died several years ago, he apparently hasn't changed his lifestyle at all. Had a heart attack during his final match a couple years ago. Still does a ton of public appearances. I don't get it.They have to donate Flair's body to science. I swear his heart is mechanical or something.
