Rivals ranked Rico as the 57th best player in the nation today.. i fully expect EB to be in the top 3.. wat do yall think of Rico's ranking, and EB' possible ranking?

I think Rico is a very underated player. should be higher. EB on the other hand is with out question in the top 2 maybe #1

Eric Berry will probably end up being #4 or #5. Sam Bradford, Colt McCoy and Tim Tebow will more than likely be the top 3.

Spot on Voodoo....maybe lower when you factor in Mays, and Spikes.....

I say he is #1, but I am of course biased.

Tebow will be 1 though, not Bradford.

Don't ask me why, because I cannot say, but I think Tebow gets exposed this year. Big time.

UF will still be great, and an early NC favorite, but I think Tebow becomes a target...and gets hit by a lot of arrows.

Go Vols.

I agree. I just randomly typed those names. That's not the order I actually think they'll finish in.

And Mays is exactly the player I was thinking of when I was saying that Berry might be number 5. Some people just prefer him to Berry. I myself think Mays is a better pro prospect than college player which is scary to think about his potential playmaking abilities if he's not playing cover 1 like he does at SC.

So can you guys explain to me why a QB wins the heisman every year and its not the best athlete ect?

It seems that way until we have a heisman worthy QB named manning and they give it to an athlete.

There's just certain positions that are more valued for awards like that. QB and HB mostly. Rarely do lineman and other defensive players win.

Rico has the talent. However, he has yet to breakout completely. This could and should be the year. His last chance, obviously.

Teams have had 3 years to expose him and havent had much luck. Ill trust in Monte to slow him down though, thats all you can do really.

same thing, different year.

can't take that many hits, will be exposed, can't throw, etc, etc, etc, etc.....

and if he wins another maxwell, another heisman, and florida wins another SEC and national championship......

there will still be throngs of people still claiming he's overrated.

those same people will be the first ones to say florida won't be able to win without him, too.

what do you expect on a rival teams board?

not meaning to instigate or anything, just wondering what your opinion is of Tebow in the NFL?

does he have the physical capability? yes.

his arm is strong enough and he is big enough to stand in the pocket and take a hit.

will he be a good nfl qb? i have no idea.

but, there are people who are "sure things" that bust, so who knows?

i think he can be though.

depends on the organization, the coach, the surrounding talent, how he is used, etc, etc, etc.

I agree, I'm not sure how Tebow gets exposed. He is one of the best of all time.

Monte's D is designed to force turnovers and give up a lot of yards, as opposed to points. "Bend, not break" is a simple way to describe it...if it can force Tebag into throwing 2 or 3 INTs, we could very well have a small chance to beat them.

over 200 tkls two year starter.it ranks with the best.

I guess you're in love w/the 50tckls per yr super stars.

he's definately under-rated!

change the name. you can't be for "UT":lolabove:

I must have missed the memo that says lots of tackles = greatness.

I'm looking at Dhani Jones specifically.

I think EB comes at #3 but no lower than #4. Also believe rico is about where he belongs on that list. He is good but not elite
