“If you don’t think that Vitello has “evaluated his options” then you aren’t aware of reality. .I didn’t say that you lied about Fulmer and Pearl. I clarified for you which were your lies. No dodging at all.
“If you don’t think that Vitello has “evaluated his options” then you aren’t aware of reality. .
Fulmer absolutely shopped his name as did Pearl.
You’re the poster spreading lies.”
Your words…..
You still can’t follow the argument, nor make a logical one….You don’t see the difference between what I said about Fulmer and Pearl and what I said about Vitello? You can’t be helped. And saying that Vitello has certainly evaluated his options is far from, as you put it, “disparaging” or “fallacious”.
Fulmer shopped his name when he got fired and no one of any significance gave him a sniff. I'm not so sure he did while he was HC. Before he was HC he shopped and got an offer from East Carolina“If you don’t think that Vitello has “evaluated his options” then you aren’t aware of reality. .

We’re lucky to have Rick, he’s a great coach and hall of famer and we’ve been spoiled by 20+ win seasons and tourney appearances in his tenure. Plus getting the SEC tournament trophy finally. My takes aren’t anti-Rick. I didn’t like the UCLA incident but that doesn’t change any of the credit he deserves.Excuse me. I didn't notice the "perhaps"
Hard to blame Rick for listening to UCLA. Rick's power 5 stops have been at Clemson, Texas and Tennessee. All football schools. He's taken all three to the highest level, especially Texas and Tennessee. In the early 2000s when Barnes was at Texas, Kentucky came calling. Offered him everything including the kitchen sink to be their next Head Coach. He said "no", but I'm sure he got a bump at Texas. So what we know for a fact is that Barnes has been courted by the two greatest collegiate programs in history. Sure, he parlayed that into salary bumps at the football schools. The national championship has eluded him. Because of that fact, it has created unnecessary criticism from know- nothings and contrarians, mostly since the advent of social mediaWe’re lucky to have Rick, he’s a great coach and hall of famer and we’ve been spoiled by 20+ win seasons and tourney appearances in his tenure. IMO, he handled the UCLA courtship poorly in the media. Should have kept quit about it publicly with a “ I’m the coach at UT and that’s the only program I’m interested in discussing” type of comment. After it was over a simple “I’m happy to continue as the coach at Tennessee”. Say much more publicly and there’s no telling how it might get interpreted and possibly twisted. There’s a huge difference between “not being honest” and not sharing everything in one’s life with the general public. I see no merit in anyone going public when considering a job change whether in coaching or any other business as some folks will always take some form of offense that you would even explore what might be a better opportunity - it’s a no win. Barnes is entitled to some degree of personal privacy IMOBut then the same critics would be mad that he’s not being transparent. Personally I like having a coach being honest. It’s a 180 from what Pearl was/is.
Kinda surprised me a bit that he’s already seen as a first round pick (#24)
2024 NBA mock draft: The uncertainty with next year's class
Show me where I mentioned Dellione as mid major fodder? Actually I was questioning not playing him last season. Good try tho.Out of context? How so? Didn’t I say that Barnes now reloads his roster instead of rebuilding it and you suggested he was doing it with mid-major fodder?
