Can you believe how BAD this team is with THREE 5 star players? How many does Barnes need, for God's sake? Those of you who think we could never hire a better coach are moronic. Auburn is 5-10. 5.... and 10.

We have some real maroons on this page. There are some reading comprehension issues
with some that think they know basketball. Hard to have an intelligent conversation with them.

I'm done with defense! Basketball, Football ... it doesn't matter. Defense is for losers. If you can't score you can't win ... PERIOD!!!

I'm so tired of hearing how great Rick Barnes teams are at playing defense and then watching them lose game after game to inferior (or Covid impaired) teams that we should beat handily because they shoot lights out from the 3 line. I believe CRB focuses so hard on teaching defense that his teams forget how to play offense or offense is viewed as an afterthought. It's no wonder his teams rarely advance very far in tournament play because they will quickly face a good shooting offensive oriented team and swoosh ... just like that we're done. This year will be no different I suspect ... one or two games and done.

Football is the same. Pruitt focused on defense as well ... obviously ... since he was a defensive genius. We all know how that worked out. Initially, I was unimpressed with the Josh Heupel hire but now after a few weeks to digest his hiring I'm starting to get a touch more optimistic about Tennessee's future potential to be competitive again. CJH will bring an offense first mentality to Tennessee and I say it's about dang time.

Sadly there is no hope for CRB, he is too set in his ways. Oh how I long for the Pearl days of exciting, fast paced, offensive basketball. GBO!

I just don’t get it. How is the offense getting worse? No inside presence at all. I mean I know we don’t have great inside players but make them post up and throw it in to them anyway. Offense has no flow whatsoever. No adjustments. That’s on Barnes.
