Not surprising, the two games he is suspended for are Vandy and Kentucky. Then, he is back for the Florida game.

The whole thing is comical.

Swept it under the rug so he could play in UT game. Then leak it on Sunday and throw down a harsh punishment that keeps him out for Vandy and UK.

But don't worry, he will be back in time for the must-win against UF.

I'm not proud of it either. I can laugh about the Fulmer Cup and know we have had plenty of discipline issues of our own under Fulmer and Kiffin.

But just because a pot calls the kettle black doesn't mean it isn't true.

But posts above like those by milo which imply that this is something uniquely or peculiarly a problem for UF or UGA is a bunch of crap.

Doesn't mean this whole thing isn't comical. Rigging the whole thing so he is available for the two teams Richt has trouble beating and taking him out of the two teams Richt has traditionally owned is absurd.

I don't know what you're talking about. UT has never, not once, had issues off the field with players! Florida, on the other hand, has murderers on their team!

The idea that Mark Richt timed any suspension around the Tennessee game is pure comedy. Face it. If he was rigging the suspension to avoid quality opponents, we'd be one of the games King would have served the suspension against.

Hard for me to get worked up over what amounts to a kid being too dumb to realize that if he doesn't go to court for a traffic ticket, they eventually send the Sheriff to find you.

The pathetic thing about this situation is that the failure to appear didn't just happen last week or something. It occurred 4 months ago and 2 counties away. I guess he just thought they'd forget about it. :swoon3:

I guess after 11 arrests though, it stops really mattering who did what.

I completely disagree. UGA was just coming off a disappointing loss to Colorado, and for all practical purposes, we had just "Beat" LSU in Baton Rouge. Anyone going into that game, including many of our own fans, had absolutely no idea it would be THAT much of a blowout.
