I enjoyed Screensavers back in the day. AOTS isn't horrible, but it's certainly a lot more MTV-ish in delivering the news.

There's some good stuff on the channel. AOTS is the nightly 'news' hour show. There's a bunch of internet/geek jokes and goofiness. However, it's not too bad and I enjoy some of it after getting to know the folks.

Ninja Warrior is great. Their new show is good. I watch a bunch of Arrested Development because I love that show. And XPlay at 8:00 is getting better. Sessler is still Sessler, but they are focusing more on games now.

And Leo, the father figure.

I wasn't, however, much of a fan of the Call for Help guy. I did like all the chicks in the background that occasionally got involved.
