Result of constant negativity.

I can assure you that in the business world negatively is a poison. If all the employees ever hear and read says that the boss is going to get fired, should be fired, is an idiot, can't perform, etc., it destroys morale in the workplace.

True or not true, it is a poison.

I never played college football, so I don't know who listens to whom and who reads what, but there's no doubt that we live in a more connected world than ever before, and I agree that constant negativity can negatively impact team performance. If it starts coursing through the team, people (players) choose sides (like we have on this forum) and soon all continuity is gone. See the Hurd situation last year as an example. Saturday's game was different, and not in a good way. No one can deny that.
