One of the websites lists these three guys as redshirt juniors:

Brett Kendrick
Josh Smith
Kendal Vickers

Do they all have another year eligibility?

And they're not the only three. Alvin Kamara and Trevor Daniel as well, and several others.

Total of 12 RS Juniors and 17 true Juniors, all expected to come back except for (probably) Kamara and Derek Barnett.

I think Kamara could possibly come back if he's projected later since he would be the definite starter next season.

Kamara and Kelly would be an awesome combo for next year but Kamara has earned the right to go pro and when he does this year or the next, I wish him nothing but the best!

So if Vickers returns we have Vickers, Tuttle, MacKenzie and Alexis Johnson as our 2 deep at DT...would love for these guys to get healthy and have breakout seasons...let Phillips and Kongbo move back to DE...

After watching JS pull another hands of stone move this past Saturday perhaps he foregoes returning and taking up space.

Josh Smith is a great team player with excellent route running ability..... but they have no idea how not to use this guy.
+JS is not a punt returner.
+He is not a guy you throw to on a bubble screen,
+or a hitch, or short of a 1st down on 3rd down,
+nor give to on fly sweep.
+He doesn't gain yards after contact,
+nor is he a jock twister.
You throw to him only if he has his man beat....
and then hope.
Now let's talk about Croom.....smh!

Croom thankfully is not returning. I don't want to bash a guy but he's had allot of terrible drops and under run routes.

I can recall a few times when announcers have stated he was open but Dobbs didn't see him. I was thinking nope, Dobbs saw him buddy.

Now Josh Smith
Punt returns I agree. Please never again.
Bubble screen, fly sweep, jock twister I'm completely agreed. He doesn't have the athleticism or burst to make anyone mis in space.

Like you said they don't know how to use Josh Smith.

Great route runner in posts, slants, maybe crossing routes (but I don't think they have tried that much with him) but he really shouldn't be on the field unless we're in a 4wr set or is spelling a starter.

Use him on hitches as a safety valve 1st & 2nd down. No 3rd down hitches for him.

Solid special teams regular and part of the two deep.

Whoever referred to his roster spot as a taking up space; may you choke on a piece of pork sausage that has hair all over it.

Great team player & VFL. I'll never forget his 2015 catch down big against GA on 3rd and a mile. Dobbs was off target and way too high. Josh Smith made an adjustment, went up to get the ball, and then somehow out ran the defense to the endzone to ignite our comeback.

I think that was because the wasn't even intended for him, Dobbs was throwing to the reciever past him and he just happened to pluck it out of the air.
