Completely different. Sunseri and Dooley were never promoted above positional coaches (if I recall correctly). Pruitt was automatically, without hesitation, without so much as interviewing another person promoted to DC.

I will take Saban's and Fulmer's opinion and evaluation of Pruitt over anyone else's.

Pruitt would be a great hire, as would Tucker. I personally wanted Miles, but that shipped has sailed. I would take either of these guys, especially if they could bring Tee back.

It means that someone out there has a great sense of humor and is making fun at how long Fulmer is taking to hire a HC. Fulmer might hire Pruitt in Jan. 2018 "if" he doesnt want another interview with Pruitt sometime in February.

I guess I’m good with Pruitt. I still wish we could have Leach though. However, I’m hearing there is now a good chance of Leach going to Oregon.
