as hog said, thanks for proving my point. Roe & Casey are not the Constitution. those were merely cases that made it to the Supreme Court.

abortions were allowed under the Constitution, but that doesn't mean there was a RIGHT to them. which is why it was able to be turned over to the states instead of trying to assume one blanket answer one way or the other.

Dobbs didn't ban abortions either. another common lie.

civil arrest warrants do allow for physical apprehension, not to be put in jail but to be made to physically appear. Since Dems are out of state and Texas has no jurisdiction in ILL the FBI may be brought in
