There never was a Constitutional right to have an abortion. There was only a far left activist Supreme Court that illegally legislated from the bench because they didn’t have the votes to pass laws through Congress. The Supreme Court hasn’t banned abortions either. It properly made it a state issue because there is no Constitutional right to have an abortion.Last I checked, the Constitution didn't ban abortions. The Supreme Court (edit... eliminated the Constitutional right to have one) by overturning Roe v. Wade.
Have no fear, conservative/liberal power tends to ebb and flow. This is really more of a social / states rights issue than anything. When the SC becomes less conservative in the future, it'll likely be reversed once again.

She knows that. The trump hate is to much for her to be rational and reasonable. There never was a Constitutional right to have an abortion. He's intentionally being dishonest
It’s funny when the Dems call out the Rebubs for stuff and then the light is shown and shows how bad the Dems have been doing it for years.
Theatre.FBI agrees to help chase down quorum-breaking Texas Democrats
The FBI approved Sen. John Cornyn’s request to locate the contingent of quorum-breaking Texas Democrats, the senator said Thursday, though it remains unclear how the agency would proceed in the absence of a breach of federal law.
It is unclear what resources the FBI is investing or how it is approaching the situation as there is no apparent legal breach under its purview.
There Is No Legal Basis for the FBI To Arrest Quorum-Breaking Texas Legislators
Breaking quorum in the Texas legislature is a tradition nearly as old as the state itself and, by law, should be handled by state officials, not the federal government.

Why are you wasting our tax dollars, Cornyn?
So let's say the FBI locates all the Democrats who've fled Texas... then what happens? The answer is NOTHING. The FBI does nothing, because they cannot arrest them.
So, again, why are you wasting our money, Cornyn?
This is political grandstanding that nobody should tolerate. The boys in Texas are fighting? This is a Texas matter... let them duke it out.
Can you point to the rule they are breaking? Their boss are the voters in their district. If their constituents are cool with it then so be it. Only a bunch of civil charges can br brought. And they can be removed. But its a process
Agreed. My broader point is that their are no rules, that I can find, dictating how many sessions a rep can or can't miss.Their constituents are in charge of electing them or removing them. Their salaries and expenses are paid by all of the taxpayers in the state and they should be cut off. I understand that you aren’t saying they should continue to be paid. I’m just throwing that out there.
