I'm just wondering, do y'all actually believe half the stuff you say? It's one thing to disagree with the President's views, but to claim he's going to steal your guns, controls the Black Panthers, create a socialist nation, and is involved in CIA cover-ups is just purely insane. There's no evidence to support any of those far fetched claims, other than FoxNews making something up.

There's alot of very educated, well spoken Republicans out there, but the few who repeat this nonsense give the rest a bad name. Really embarrassing stuff for those of you who believe this crap.

Democrats didn't have to make up stories about Romney to sway voters, his awful performances in debates and on the campaign trail are what lost him the election. Meanwhile, Republicans resort to inventing Benghazi in order to cover up their own candidates shortcomings.

Romney killed Obama in the first debate. Obama's strategy for the second one was to talk over Romney and butt in.. The third debate. Obama was attacking Romney while talking about foreign affairs. "Attacking him wasn't a agenda"... Obama got smoked on the issues..

I was a history major. I was fortunate to have professionals that illustrated the pros an cons of all ideologies as they came about in various cultures.

Well, there were a couple who spent an entire month on why Marxism is different and better than socialism. That's college for you.

I agree with the sentiment of your post. Both sides do it though. To act like Republicans do it but Democrats don't is disingenuous.

Furthermore, the Benghazi "cover up" is a real thing; not some figment of the imagination.

are you seriously arguing that the Benghazi reporting is fabricated? there are questions that deserve answers. for example, why were we told that a YouTube video was responsible for sparking a spontaneous demonstration for 10 days when that was known to be untrue within hours of the attack?

Are there questions that need answers? Yes. Was President Obama involved in a cover up? No way. There's no proof of that whatsoever. None.

Watch the video genius, how come we were told they were outraged over a you tube video and it WAS NOT a terror attack? Then, in the 2nd debate obama gets his panties in a wad and claims it was. There are questions that need answers here. Yet, you claim it never really happened. Would you care to tell that to the families of the people that died there?

1. You weren't paying attention because both Democrat officials from the very top to individual democrats made outrageous and unsubstantiated claims repeatedly.

2. I believe GAVol was referring to you and your sweeping generalizations in the OP.

3. I've followed Benghazi since the get go and it stinks to high heaven. You can ignore it and say nothing to see but there is something to see there.

This thread is so full of win. While we argue whether or not we can blame Obama for Benghazi blunders, Ernest here is letting him of the hook for Fast & Furious, the NDAA, the assassination of US citizens without due process, failing to close Gitmo like he promised, drone-bombing the **** out of the Muslim world, upping the efforts on medicinal marijuana crackdowns, extending the PATRIOT Act, etc.

Dude makes Bush look like an ACLU attorney. How can you defend him?

When did I say the attack didn't happen? I was clearly talking about the cover-up. Which didn't happen.
