reprimands... sec?

Do you really want to get in a battle of wits about coach's names. The whole Vol Nation is all a twitter about the CUM moniker. Just like a room full of 13 year old boys with a Playboy on the table.

Before this is all over he will be Lame Kitten anyway, so don't worry about my spelling.

Once again you are trying to let the facts interrupt your argument. "trying to make someone out as a cheater" by questioning is totally different than coming out and saying someone IS A CHEATER.

Kiffin screwed up. He was wrong. Admit it, embrace it and accept the commissioner's punishment.

Tomato/ Tomato. There is no difference. If you imply I broke the rule you might as well have said I cheated. You, sir are a liberal pansy who skirts around the truth by telling half truths and using inuendo to accomplish your goals.

You and all of the GatorNation are worried because you know that this coaching staff will make us relevant again. Don't you have a football message board? You're worried.....or you wouldn't be here. CLK knew exactly what he was saying. He is making UT relevant. Hate it.....Hater. We don't care.

What was your comment about a recruit not attending classes? Your "Superman" never went to high school.

If you think for a moment that Kiffin does not know the rule book, then you are sadly mistaken. It was a calculated move.

If it was calculated to make him look like he did not know what was going on, he has done a great job so far. Maybe now he will calculate some wins on the football field.

Does anyone else think it's funny that Meyer had to get his AD to go stick up for him? I mean, if I got called out, I wouldn't go run to my daddy and tell him to go tell the bully to stop picking on me. That's what I like about Kiffin ... He immediately shot back at Spurrier by telling him he got a 39/40 on the recruiting test and that he'd like to know what Steve got.

But what has it achieved? It has got the nation talking about him and the fan base and kids fired up, something we've been lacking for some time.

Some people are going to like the way he is calling people out, others like yourself will not, the bottom line is it has him and the football program in the national spotlight. He knows that this will stir the pot and knows it will get things started, it is all a calculated move.

CMR knew excessive celebrations were personal fouls. Yet he coached his team to celebrate wildly after a score. This too upset the mighty Urban. The saga continues.

I wonder what time slot the UT FL game will draw next year?

You guys have been basically wiping the floor with us the past few years and the rivalry has slipped in the process. There will be a new buzz around this game next year.

Do I think he underestimated the amount of media coverage of what he said?...No.

I think he thought he would fall under the same blanket of preferential treatment that Spurrier fell under....Guess not.

Please son, read the whole post. I know the words without pictures make it difficult.

The great hope of the Vol Nation made comments about the school where your new 5 star recruit is "STILL ATTENDING CLASSES". I know this is a difficult concept. I should have said "GOING TO SCHOOL". Sorry.

As far as being relevant, bring it on. I for one hope that you do become relevant again. I like the rivalry, and it has become the fourth or fifth most important game on the Florida schedule.

Truly, right now we are more concerned about Georgia, and Mississippi. Tennessee has become irrelevant. It is sad. Please, be relevant. Climb the mountain. Win some football games. Contend. Have a game that matters in November. Please.

You don't become relevant by comments to a booster group. You become relevant by winning on the field in September, October and November. Until UT does that no one in Florida is scared.

Congratulations you won the "booster comment" game in February. Problem for you is UF just won the BCS game in January. Football games trump booster meeetings.

Peace

You are correct in saying there is no difference in Tomato/Tomato.

You are incorrect in saying inuendo is no different that coming out and accusing someone.

If you believe that then go home to your significant other and accuse them of something they DID NOT DO. See what happens.

As for calling me a "liberal pansy", you could not be further from the truth. I guess the name calling has shown that in a battle of wits, you are clearly not prepared to do battle.

Wow... Bring up a national championship that has nothing to do with clk.

You will soon be wishing we are just talk.

And what does november have to do with anything?

Hire a child, and get treated like a child......

Kiffin made the comments in public, and by now everyone has heard them. Why should he handle this in private when Kiffin started in public.

Maybe, just maybe, if Kiffin had read the rule book he would not have made the comment and had the rule book thrown at him.

You just can't see what this is all about can you? This has little to do with a rule infraction. This has more to do with setting the tone that there is a new sheriff in town, so the recruiting war has just begun. CLK will be in your back yard all day long....CUM.....and per PTI's MW CUM is just plain "cheesy"....

When is the last time UT played a football game in November that meant anything other that becoming bowl eligible?

Winning in November means moving forward to a certain game in Atlanta in December. I know it has been a long time for the Vol Nation. Yes they still play that game. I understand how you would have forgotten.

No, spurrier tried to get the new tn coach in trouble. He did it in the open and if true it would have been a problem.

I'm not saying clk is in the clear but I think that "commissioner slime" needs to watch every one and ask for all apologies or none. Not just defend the poster children.

Thank you very much. This double standard that has been created by the SEC, needs to be addressed. "Commissioner Slime" needs to get his nose out of UF's and CSS a** and apply the rules to everyone.

This has to do with the "New sheriff" not knowing the laws.

This has to do with FALSE accusations. Not "setting a tone"

Now that you've declared yourself a champion wordsmith I can assure you that if I insinuated my wife did something wrong she would get just as pissed as if I said she did something wrong. If you take offense to the liberal pansy comment, the board upon which you are posting would not allow me to share my true thoughts. Ironic isn't it.

Oh STFU. It has everything to do with your coach being a woman.

I have official word from Gainsville and here is exactly what happened. "Waaa waaa waaa Mr. Foley, Mr. Foley...that mean old man in Knoxville said something mean about me...Mr. Foley! He did Urban, well you get that thumb out of your mouth, here's a note to get Timmy out of class, and you two take the rest of the day to have some cake & ice cream, ok?"

Bunch of sissy punk women. All CLK did was expose Florida for the wusses they are.

Irony is not relevant when we are discussing your unnecessary comments and inaccurate name calling.

Even if I were a liberal, the pansy comment would be enough to inflame. If I were a pansy, but not liberal, then that would be equally inflammatory. The fact that I am neither a pansy nor a liberal, but you have chosen to label me as such is intriguing to say the least.

Clearly you are threatened by liberal pansies. I think Freud would love to have the opportunity to delve into your psyche, but I just think it is an easy way for you to sling a little mud when you are on the defensive.

Clearly we can agree to disagree on the insinuation versus accusation argument. The name calling. however is more disturbing. Your last response indicated you have a better thought about me that "the board upon which you are posting would not allow me to share".

If fun, mindless jabs and banter on an message board cause you to have these "thoughts" then maybe it is time for you to call and schedule time with someone to discuss your "thoughts".

This is about football and fun. Yea sometimes it can seem like life and death, but if you are stressing in February what does the future bring.......

Irony is relevant when one insinuates that an insinuation is less than what is actually thought by the accusor. Escpecially when the intended recepient of the accusation chooses to believe that inuendo is less than or more politically correct than saying what you mean. In this case I firmly believe that you are far worse than a liberal pansy.

And the fact that you remain on this board to continue to be the recipent of my mindless banter in February shows me that you are very low in the esteem area. It also indicates that you have some sort of latent personality disorder that, ironically, cannot be discussed here.

Your assessment about this board and others like it are correct in that it is about football and fun. However I disagree with what you "insinuate" that I believe the future holds that your squad will defeat our squad in the future. I feel that our squad will defeat your squad in the future and this will leave you and Timmy to discuss your personality disorders that I cannot fully delve into in this forum.

Irony, considering the dozens of Gator Nation trolls we've had the past two days.

I like to hear both sides of a story. I have been on the UF boards and I know what is being said.

I think it is very interesting that you have gotten so excited about Kiffin's comments. I think it is awesome that you have become excited about UT football.

I think it is very interesting to see that you are hoping the UF fans are "scared" now that there is a "new Sheriff" in Knoxville and he is aggressive. I think we are all in a wait and see stance.

Can Kiffen do what you hope he can do. Can he come in and match or beat Meyer's accomplishments? Can he recruit a Heisman trophy candidate and win a NC?

The problem we all have in college football is the heightened expectations and hopes. Clearly UF cannot win 2 national championships every 3 years. To expect that would be unrealistic. To hope for it is what we all do, Gator, Vol, or whatever.

The excitement is easy to see when you read the posts here. You guys have been starving for something and you hope that Kiffin is the man to satisfy your hunger.

Winning a booster meeting is not the same as winning the SEC, but it is a start, and a new direction that the previous staff lacked. Question now is can he walk the walk now that he has started talking the talk.

Truth be known, I think you guys are more scared than the Gator Nation could be. Scared that this is not the answer, and the answer is a coach or two away. All the posts in the world won't answer that question. performance on Saturday in the fall is the only answer.

We all have plenty of time to post and ponder.
