everything stated on here has been in reports already released, truth/not truth we dont know yet.. But if it is true then why did these guys run... and claim to be "innocent" Granted we have no clue what happened last Thursday, but hopefully there will be punishments dealt that need to be to the players/patrons and anyone else who did something wrong during this.

Considering that TN does not accept one dime from the State for its Athletics Department and actually gives them several million back each year, please explain how your tax dollars are being wasted.

Holler across the trailer to your paw and see what his response is. Please dont transcribe the dip spits in between.

One of the reports states that officers arrived at the Bar Knoxville, 1820 Cumberland Ave., to investigate a reported assault and were told by Ian Cox, 30, that he had tried "to detain the suspect (Rogers) for another assault that had taken place on the sidewalk."

Cox told officers that Rogers "pushed him and attempted to hit him while attempting to stop Rogers from leaving," the report states, but "Cox had no injuries and was adamant about not prosecuting."

he gave bar knox's number on the police report...please I see this going no where and all the expulsions and suspension from the team are over....this whole thing is weak as puppy piss

No i was saying they dont use tax dollars.. Someone said Hamilton was wasting tax dollars I was disagreeing as the university is privately funded through donations

Assault: At Common Law, an intentional act by one person that creates an apprehension in another of an imminent harmful or offensive contact.

Self defense: the action by which a person protects himself from any bodily harm arising out of an encounters or attacks from other person either by protecting him or by blocking the opponents advancement by a counter attack. Self defense is not a crime so accused may be tempted to show their action as self defense to escape punishment.

So from this who is really at fault......sometimes you simply should mind your own business and simply stay out of it....that goes for those players and the wanna be hero that IMO committed a crime in HIS actions against Rogers.

If you look at his pictures on face book.. throwing up signs and what not.. I in my own STUPID personal opinion feel he is a Thug. its my opinion which in this great country I am allowed to have.
