A little off topic, cause it wasn't a Florida fan. Don't get me wrong, I hate Florida too. But I had a douchebag Bammer at work that told me "Y'alls football team sucks. At least y'all have a good women's basketball team...well when your coach can remember that there's a game goin on." Pissed me off!!! Nobody talks about Pat like that! Took all I had to walk away...

Just lost my wonderful mother-in-law to the same disease as Pat after 10 years of her going through every stage of it. It was the most gut wrenching crap we have ever dealt with. In the end the person has no dignity left at all. She forgot how to eat, how to breathe - everything. She tried her absolute best to fight it and be a good person every day of her life despite that crap robbing her of everything. We know Pat and Tyler personally. We pray for them almost daily. We know what is going to happen - there is no cure currently. But there are some good things going on with animal research that gives hope that at some point in time this horrible disease can be stopped and even cured.

I understand OP. Anybody that would stoop that low as to make fun of anyone with a debilitating disease or handicap will have much to answer for when they leave this earth. What goes around comes around. It reveals the condition of their heart and character. But that is why very few people care for many Gator fans, not all, but many. Their arrogance is universal and their callousness for others not of their kind is ridiculous. We need to stay above that kind of vile junk here in the Vol Nation.

I tried registering with a user name of gayturdssuckdick and it said the user name had already been taken. Darn! I was going to flame them for the classless PS post. Reading over the comments, seemed like normal banner but that one was just wrong.

Does make me appreciate the Gators on this board however.

1. I think your first point is kind of funny considering the fact that Florida was 0-4 vs. Miami when Randy Shannon was the defensive coordinator. In those games, the "mighty gators" scored 20 or few points 3 times. Nothing like saying the man who beat your a$$ sucks. As usual, Florida fans have no idea what they are talking about.

2. Your second point is not funny at all. To make fun of anyone with illness, much less an icon of college sports and a woman who has more class than almost any sports figure of our time, is completely classless and pathetic. Whoever did that should be profoundly ashamed of themselves. Then again, people who wear jorts seem to have no shame.
