i was on my honeymoon and didn't see the game til Monday, a week later. awesome.

i did hear the final score though Sunday morning, when some folks came in to the resort that flew in from Peurto Rico over night......made the rest of my trip that much better.

One thing that can get overlooked about that game. There were still 6 seconds on the clock, we got an unsportsmanlike penalty, moving the kickoff back to the 20. Now, stranger things have happened than running a kick back, or getting it to midfield to attempt a Hail Mary, so it wasn't Game Over even after the made FG.

Wilhoit was so jacked up he booted the kickoff back (almost) to the goal line, if I remember correctly, and then it was Game Over. Imagine if we'd done that against Georgia in 2001???

I think David Greene is still completing passes against our prevent D from that day.

I was at this game and had bought tickets over the internet and ended up in the Florida section. I had so much fun that game with :realmad:the Florida kids. My wife was 6 months pregnant and when we made the kick, she kicked her shoes off into the stands and ran all the way down the stairs. It was a awesome memorable moment. I hope we get another this year. Go Big Orange!

Those make me miss Wilhoit! Wish he was here to hit a 50 yarder at the swamp!

man that was a classic moment, I was in my barracks while stationed in FLA, took my Tennessee flag and ran around the parking lot yell and throwing beer cans. The cops came, but they understood. Glad he was a FSU fan

I think we all went a little insane - when I finally settled down, I felt so good for Wilhoit!

I don't think I could speak for a few minutes after that happened. One of my customers knew I was a big UT fan and called soon after to see how I was. I don't remember the call :)
