Gawd, I loved watching him play for the Vols and Packers. I just wished our young brethren on here could have seen him in live action.

Can't quite see this guy tooling around Knoxville in that big white van with the Lady Vols plastered all over it. Toughest SOB I've ever met.

Does anybody else wish they were honoring him at a more meaningful game? I just feel like if they did it at say the Florida game, then The reaction would be better/louder and the team could in turn feed off of that energy.

Apparently they are honoring him at this game because he went to UT and his widow Sara, who will be there, went to ETSU.
