Even Cam Newton knows how good Bailey is. Bailey will be a Fromme type QB a notch or 2 better. Big kid at 6-5 / 225 but with all the throws. Really good fit with Chaney- I cut and pasted from the old article:

How can a guy garner so kuch much attention for so long but yet get so little respect from the services? Yes i know rankings dont matter

Rankings matter to a point but re-rates 4 years later show & say some are off some are way off. Many reasons, a player didn't camp or didn't camp much. Offers, if a player signs early some of the services lose interest because clicks don't happen as often on committed players. (follow the $$$$$$)
Offers from Services preferred teams help the Services do their footwork, with out leaving their basement and saving logistic $$$$.
Remember Coaches are trying to get players to win games and keep their jobs $$$$$.
Remember Services are trying to get clicks to keep their Jobs $$$$$$$$
Remember it's about the $$$$$$$

Don't forget he had Chubb and Michel as his two RBs his freshman year. THAT had much to do with his success.
