I got a big 28+ cf GE Profile for a pretty good deal at Home Depot. Have been satisfied. Got the 5 year warranty deal assuming I'd need it

No advice on brands or anything but around here both fridges and freezers are in low supply. You may have a lot of research time!

Yep. I looked late Fall and none of the ones I would have bought were out of stock. Some friends who are building a new house are having to wait 3-6 months to get what they want. Even garage doors are back ordered. Availability may depend on location.
