Red Dead Redemption...

I know I'm late to the party, but I just bought this game and it should be here tomorrow. I got it for $27 from Amazon. From what I've read, it will definitely be worth the $27.

Just bought this game/Undead Nightmare along with Bully Scholarship Edition and Saints Row 1&2. All brand new for like 78 bucks. Kind of wish I had bought it sooner because this game kicks ass. It took me a while to get around to doing many of the missions. Hunting is addicting.

My favorite game ever. I played this game for about 140 hours total between single player (100% completion), online play, and Undead Nightmare, which is a must-buy if you liked the game.

I bought it when the game first came out then traded it in for like $30 2 weeks later. I regretted doing that. Might repurchase sometime.

Bunch of rumors on it, nothing substantial, Rockstar posted a "help wanted" add.

“Rockstar San Diego has an opening for a qualified AI programmer who is ready to help us create the best open world experiences, and push the limits of Artificial Intelligence in areas such as pathfinding, combat, and decision-making, with a particular eye towards making it all look believable to the player.”

I am 31 and have played video games since I got my first Atari 2600 back in 83. I have owned pretty much every system Sega, Nintendo, Atari, Sony, and Microsoft has made. No game I have ever played got to me the way Red Dead did at the ending. The only time I ever teared up playing a game.

John Marston is and forever will be the greatest Video Game Charater ever made.

If you put a gun to my head I would probably say this is the best game of this generation. About as close to flawless as you can get.

I purchased this game like right after it came out and traded it in like 2 weeks later. I really don't know why I did. I just didn't have time for it. I see the GOTY edition for $30 at Target. Worth the price?

Awesome, we love Red Dead too and are thrilled that so many of you loved John Marston's tale and are excited for more epic Western action. As we mentioned in our last set of Asked & Answereds to similar questions about the future of other game franchises like Bully and L.A. Noire, we don't always rush to make sequels but that does not mean that we won't get to them eventually. Stay tuned for further announcements about the future of the Red Dead series.
