If your a good player, what is going to make you think that you could go anywhere w/ this team? You know, I love EB and G Jones, and I wouldn't feel bad if they transferred to USC or Okla. so they could win a 'ship.

Doesnt matter if they all commit. We could sign 30 5stars and they would all underachieve with our coaching staff.

They'd have to be smoking crack to come here after not only today, but last year. If you can play, why would you go to UT. There's LSU, Auburn, FL, GA, why would you bother to come play for UT us. You get to get spanked at home with a division rival, and go get beat by exotic (UCLA) underdogs. As I write this, UCLA is down by two touchdowns losing currently to perinial powerhouse.....Arizona.

THis has to cease, and quick.

Why wouldn't they? They could probably play right away.

Good point. Last year Fulmer beat one GOOD team and backed into the SEC Championship game. If it saves his job, I would rather not win that game this year for the LONG TERM benefit to UT...so we can make the changes that are obviously needed.

talking about change, did you watch GT play MSU today? daggum Paul Johnson is a good coach. how does Hamilton not see that we need a new coach?? i just dont understand how something so painfully obvious can be so hard for him to see.

hell i would too. this is pathetic. we dont have the athletes, we dont have the coaches. im willing to bet probably half the ACC could beat us, if not more.
The problem is we do have the athletes. There is no way we have that many busts.

We don't have the same athletes. It's obvious watching 75 other teams play. It's not all coaching, there's a lack of talent, too. If anyone thinks otherwise, please let me know. We should have been able to beat UCLA without coaches. Florida doesn't even look that physical when they play other SEC teams, just us.

I thought about that too. There is no way I would come here over UF, UGA, Auburn, Lsu, and probably Bama now too.

Today was the quietest I've heard Neyland. Its not a home-field advantage when the crowd exits in the 3rd quarter, the team gets booed off the field at halftime. We cant beat a top-ten team at home.

We have, according to the "stars" ratings, 2, top 10 recruiting classes on campus right now. That means we are going after, and getting, some of the same players that Florida is going after. We just don't know what to do with them. That a coaching issue. It says a lot when your senior tailback and so called leader gets an unsportmanslike penalty on his firs run of the game. we have just as much talent as anybody else, we just waste it....or we move it to other positions because we think its innovative. just my 2 cents...

Thanks for all the insight. I'm glad you've spoken to each and every one. Maybe some people see a team struggling and think they can help right the ship.
