Seems like a legitimate question to me, Cheese Donkey. I wouldn't mind knowing myself. Bynum for certain. Talk that Philon will either greyshirt with Alabama or has committed to Arkansas. I have no clue; it's confusing and in flux.

My understanding is just Bynum and any extra schollies will be saved to help us take closer to a full class. Right now only 14 scholarships will be freed by graduating seniors and we have to stay under 85

Let's attack it hard with the remaining spots we have left and look forward to our awesome wide receivers coming in and already here i mean
justin hunter
da'rick rogers
cordarelle patterson
alton howard
jason croom
drae bowles

it doesn't get much better than that and i know they haven't played yet but definately the most talent i have seen on the depth chart in a while a good mixture of both speed and heigth.
:good!:

Bynum would be the only recruit I could see still added. Most think the rest would be held for next years recruits. I would think with alot of kids looking to transfer throughout the year, having an open ship helps there as well. Some stud LB gets pis_ed at his current school and wants to consider a transfer, maybe UT having a ship would open the door.

It looks friggin ridiculous to see that list of names. As good or better than 2011 Arkansas.

There are still a half dozen of the Rivals 150 that haven't signed but are mostly receivers, which we don't need, and none of those available are interested in UT. You can go to the Rivals site and go to the Rivals top 250.

Maybe I've just been on here too long... it's all running together. I swear this is the 24524th thread I've seen on this today.

Charles Folger did accept UT's offer to be a preferred walk on today. So we got that going for us. Hopefully he pulls a Nick Reveiz and turns his UT career into something.

not gonna lie though Deanthony, Da'rick, and Alton would have been very nice to have at slot with the speed they had with Hunter, Croom, and Bowles on the outside although i think you would put Da'rick on the outside just to mix it up sometimes

I think we end up with Bynum and move on!

What are the differences of being a preferred walk-on and a regular walk-on?
