For those who do not like to go through each thread, thought I would post this tidbit from TOS:

1) R250 DE Jason Hatcher was in town this weekend (over mothers day) w/ his mother. They spent time with the coaches.

2) R250 CB Noel Ellis claimed us his co leaders w/ A&M

3) R250 DE Demarcus Walker will be taking an OV here

4) R100 S Kameron Miles will be visiting

5) R100 RB Derrick Green is going to make it back down here. Loves Jay Craham

6) R250 RB Tyshon Dye will also be visiting. See above post for reason

7) Donald Gray Jr. basically declared us his leader

8) 4* DT Darius Latham names us in his top 6 along with FL, Ms St, ND, Ohio St, and Wis

9) R #4 Player Kendall Fuller announce his top 4 including the Vols, VT, Clemson, and Michigan

10) Kirk Garner (Fuller's teammate) annonunce his top six including the Vols

11) Hinshaw visited w/ Former R100 CB commit Mackanzie Alexander and 4 * DT teammate Deadrin Senat. He also saw the #10 player in the country Veron Hargreaves III

12) R250 Instate RB Jordan WIlkins is visiting this summer.

13) R250 OT Richy Klepal picked up a Vol offer along with OL Tylar Reagan

14) Juco DT Ben Bradley will visit

15) R250 OL Shamire Devine released his 5 OV's as UT, Bama, UGA, GT, Vandy

16) 4* DT Rod Crayton will visit in the Fall has a top group of UT, LSU, and Ms. St

17) R100 DT Michael Hill explicitly mentions UT when talking about top school. Credits Palmero and Jay Graham. Loves Knoxville

18) R150 RB Aj Turman is planning on visiting w/ his parents this summer.

18) DE Lewis Neal is visiting this summer.

19) R100 DE Carl Lawson is visiting this summer.

20) R50 ATH Derrick Henry will be visiting. Made up serious ground thanks to Jay Graham.

21) R150 OT Derwin Grey claims a top 2 of UT and Rutgers.

Very helpful since i dont follow recruiting until the season starts. Thanks for the info.

Seems like we are in on more top talent this year than in recent years. Not only that but being in the final group for many. Praying to god for a good season to get some momentum towards NSD.

Thanks for sharing this. Great stuff. Love that Hinshaw is still aggressively pursuing Mac. Hope he can get him to commit to a visit.

D Green is by far my favorite rb recruit this class. 6ft tall, over 200 pounds, runs a sub 4.4 and will absolutley truck a defensive back. We seem to be getting in better shape with the kid with each passing day. I hope somehow we land this kid.

Derwin gray or Dorian miller? I thought miller has a top 2 of us and the scarlet knights

If TN can pull off W's in the NC State, and UF games, this recruiting class will start to explode. I predict if TN starts off 4-0, and closes with 9 wins +, TN ends up with a TOP 5 class. Recruits love hot up and coming teams. By contrast if TN starts off 1-2 expect the program and the recruiting class to fall into disarray. Recruits dislike programs where coaches are on their way out.

This season's results are huge for the program. Trade a top 5 class for TN's current senior class going into the 2013 season, and TN's 2013 roster will be back to near or at the top 3 in the SEC.

You're absolutely right. Most of that means that thw staff will be in place, and we wont be going through a coaching change. I sure hope we can avoid that.

Dorian Miller is the one that has Tennessee & Rutgers as his top 2, not Dewrin Gray. Although, Gray does like Tennessee a lot.

Fuller and Garner both have Michigan in their top group as well. Still looks like we pull both of them :):loco:
