Does CDD have a plan for the weekend? im sure its to visit with the recruits that actually made the trip, anyone know who exactly that is? i imagine a trip to the UT/OM bball game is in hand.

Hopefully he hits the recruiting trail hard for the next three two weeks bc he HAS to. I think he could make quite an impression on many recruits, but mainly recruits' parents after the Lame Kitten debacle.

Lets go CDD this is your time to make UT fans believers if you can close out a respectable class. As chris walker said the night of the riot, "we're still gonna be Tennessee!" GO VOLS!!

DD said in his interview he was going after the recruits then he would get back to the team

Im sure he will lean on the remaining staff members a lot, over the next 2 weeks. If he does, its a smart move. He can't sell himself in 2 wks, it doesn't work that way in most cases.

Even when this class slips a little if we end in the top 20ish he has held it together IMO. "The coach we do not speak of" has filled them with so much crap that you know we are going to ose some but I am going to give this guy a fair shake and 3 years to prove himself....Go get it Done Coach

I thought I read that he DID declare, but didn't hire an agent because he wanted to see who the new coach was. I think it said he would have until Sunday to withdraw his name if he wants to come back.

We need to give it some time. I think once the recruits out there want to know about him and red his bio, it'll change for the better. We've seen plenty of surprises over the years at the 11th hour on signing day (can you say Bryce brown) and we really won't know till then.

I am pretty sure he has already decided to return per TOS.

There may not be a "recruiting weekend" going on. I read a minute ago in the recruiting forum that no one showed up.

he mentioned in the presser he was going out with the same mindset as he was gonna go out with before he got hired, just with a different team. Not sure how that works but I'm sure they'll figure it out... Maybe.
