Assuming that we are done for today (Though Butch always seems to keep the booms going) Here is where we sit following our 4 new vols!
2015 Class

247-6th (1 point out of 5th)
Rivals- 6th (1 point out of 5th)
Scout- 6th

2016 Class

247- 8th

Looks like Butch and Co will keep the Top 10 classes coming for years to come :)

Seven Tennessee players in the top 200 on rivals for 2016 compared to five in 2015. The instate talent keeps getting better :D

Dormady bumped from a 2 star to a 5.7 3 star on Rivals. Vols now #5 in the rivals team rankings, #4 in the SEC.

Seems like Dormady is set for more of a bump once the official update comes around.

The "official update"...? Was this not an official one?

Rivals does a couple full updates a year where they rerank all of the players and put out an updated Rivals100/250. That's what I meant by official.

Here, they added a 3rd star to Dormady's ranking but it was more random and not during a full reranking period.

Took this from the tweets thread. The 4 could easily turn into 9+ if things fall the way most are thinking IMO.

Richmond, Tuttle, Sapp, Phillips, Jefferson are all guys we are heavily in on.

Along with some other guys we are/have been after

Roseboro (DL), Wariboko (OL), T Gibson (ATH), Love (RB), DeBerry (LB/DL), Matthew Burrell (OL), Clarington (TE), Durante (WR - WVU commit), Tim Settle (DT), St Louis (OL - Miami commit), Boulware (OL), Amadi (DB - Miss commit), Walker (DE), Stanley Morgan (WR), Reynolds (CB - VTech commit)

Goodness Bama is a machine. However, I think they have shown a weakness to teams that run an up tempo offense like we do. If we continue to get the playmakers at the skill positions and spread them out then we will match up well. That of course depends on how the defense comes along.

There is a reason it's called a Bama bump. It's like Rivals spent a night with her cousin 4-5 months ago.
