Tell Tell Signs
I have been watching TN. for 65 yrs. Today was the worst game I have seen in that 65 years. TN. players do not seem to have much strength as other team. We are getting in tackling positions and then the players are being dragged or pushed down the field for 8 to 10 yards. Over all other teams players just appear to be more athletic. This year's team was suppose to be stronger then last year's team. However we have as many injured player as last year if not more. Overall, I think this team is soft and unconditioned. We are slow in areas such as the linebackers and secondary players.
And finally the team coaches are not SEC savvy. Butch seems to be a Division II coach!

What time frame is this measured over?

Not according to the recruiting rankings, even if you look over the past 4 years.

Clemson absolutely has better talent.

I'd rather see recruiting rankings regressed against something other than win percentage. obviously that's not an apples to apples comparison. Would like to see it against a rating of some kind, like FPI
