Yup, right on. I don't think Tyndall will take a PG that's a freshman or a JUCO unless they're just a baller, which is unlikely to find at this point. He doesn't wanna take an average player and have him on scholarship next year and turn off higher level guys next year.
Yeah he mentioned that in a interview I think it was in the BOC in the tri cities.

Let's hope not, gotta feel real good about our chances if he were to stay in Chattanooga.

I definitely agree with that. Every blue blood program is taking notice. His development is being monitored of course, but getting him on campus this early is a big plus. I'd love for him to stay at HH, but he may think he needs to consistently play against a high level of competition moving forward. That in-season exposure is huge as compared to just AAU.

Be interesting to see if anything transpires with Isaiah Williams from Samford.

Was SOCON freshman of the year for Samford, originally from Buford, GA and actually played on the same team as AJ Davis their senior season.

Was recruited by Ole Miss so it's very possible that Al Pinkins knows Williams pretty well.

His numbers from his freshman year:

29.6mpg 11.9ppg 3.4apg 43%fg 39%3pt 77%ft 1.6:1 a:to

Here is a press release out today about Ado and Hamilton Heights' schedule for 2015. Looks like they are playing several of the national elites.

Yes. They played Oak Hill last year too. The more talent they get, the more they seem to open the schedule up. His coach is pretty young and I can remember him getting some PT as a walk-on at UTC. With them not being TSSAA, they are finding more in-roads to playing bigger national power house schools along with the traditional powers locally. I really hope we land him.

Getting antsy about Mostella?

Early contact but no plans to go after him. They still want a true PG or C.

I would like Tennessee to look at the newest Samford Transfer, Tim Williams. PF 6'7-6'8 and averaged almost 18ppg and 7 rebounds. Supposed to be a good athlete. This is like the 3rd transfer of a starter there. What's going on?

He would have to sit out a year, doubt they go that route.

That was my question on him too, not the typical mold you would expect for this style.

If he is mobile "enough" and has good instincts , he can find a way to play. The big thing is many of these bigs cut their teeth playing glorified street ball in AAU and the pace of the game is quick. Having a more structured, fast paced game wouldn't be too difficult (defensively) to get used to. It's the big offensive play book that has the most wrinkles. He would give a solid presence against SEC bigs, but most highlights I've seen make him look slow afoot.
