How can this team go out and play for this guy next week?

How? after benching Bray and Not doing that to others who ...

Better hope we havent Pushed Bray into the NFL draft.

Bitter taste man, very bitter

Hope Dooley is offically let go tonight, but I doubt it. Tomorrow is much more likely.

I know a lot will disagree, but IMO we might be better of if Bray, Hunter, and CP all go pro and we just start fresh.

I agree with the first 2 points. I'm really not that surprised that they quit. And on the second point, Bray was benched while other under preforming players have not been. Why?

Unfortunately, Dooley probably puts the final touches on his tenure at UT and loses to Vandy. Not losing to Vandy is the only expected thing he has done so far.

Well...check that off Dooley's to-do list

I wasnt ready for Vandy to blow us out. The possibility never crossed my mind. I'm in shock. Just like last week. And the week before. And on and on throughout the Dooley era. I made excuses for that guy before this season, but there is no excuse for how bad we are this year.

I think the team quit on Dooley after he quit on them at the end of the Missouri game. I had a feeling Bray might check out on Dooley once we played for overtime at the end of that game.

Bray needs to take a hard look at himself. Win for the team, not for Dooley.

also to add. on the play to CP where he juked guy and scored and we got the two penalties, it was a called Running play. TBray sight-adjusted the cornerback blitz, and threw it to CP. Now, Not sure how much that played into benching but it was also the reason why 3 of our O Lineman were 10 yards down field blocking.

I'm done thinking this stuff thru, just glad we have only 7 more days to deal with this Non-sense

Wouldn't that be on TBray though on failing to giving them the play call? Just wondering, btw. Not calling you out.

Pour a glass for me too

Nah ts not a blame thing. because on smoke routes its just a sight adjustment between WR and QB. its a common play on every level of football.

hell, the play is run in High School

It could be the fact that he didnt stick to the original play.

Dooley and Chaney arent guys wh o give out audible responsibility so that could have helped lead to a disconnect.

Gotcha. I do not know much about is stuff so was just wondering. Heck, I don't even know what you mean by smoke route. All I know is I love football. Vols football that is. Thanks for the info good sir.

its just a play where as soon as QB gets snap, he whips it out to WR. no route just a usual pitch and catch if the DB is playing too far off or coming on a blitz

Glad I could Help. :hi:

Gotcha. Will remember that. And if you ask me CP looked like he turned around because he saw a flag on the play and wasn't taunting anyone. Refs were bad this game. Really bad.
