Everybody seems to be keeping their attention diverted from this game this week while arguing about Dooley, Chaney and Gruden.

For those who want to talk Kentucky, I present ye:

I'm not coming up with any fancy statistics this week. No matter how logical they seem, we end up losing... so screw it. :p

Kentucky is historically bad... by Kentucky standards.

Tennessee may lay down with Dooley being fired... or they could come out fired up. Who the heck knows?

KY 17

If the offense comes out playing loose and just having fun, we'll put up big numbers. If nobody cares, it will be another ugly game.

I think we will play really well this week. Just hope the crowd isn't terribly small. Have a hard time believing it won't be though. This senior class has been through more than perhaps any pair WWII at TN. Players like Z Rogers will always be special because he may not have great talent, but his work ethic turned his senior year around. It still makes me hurt thinking what this offense would have been like with D Rogers

I think there's a better chance of attendance being up with Dooley gone.

I'll be there. Season hasn't gone as well as I hoped but I still look forward to being in Neyland. Hopefully the players come out and give great effort and we destory Kentucky.

What does your post have to do with the Kentucky vs. Tennessee game, which is the topic of this thread?

Just a misleading title and posted in the wrong forum. I clicked on the thread expecting some kind of recruiting news.

Not really, he clearly stated in the title that it was the pregame talk thread. Most posters in the recruiting forum don't want to go near the clowns in the football forum, and the mods have no problem with us having a football talk thread and a pregame thread each week.

Sorry officer sir! Please let me off with just a warning, but the first 2 words of his title states RECRUITING FORUM.

Since we re off topic in this thread any way, UT is playing AU in the 1997 SEC championship on sportsouth right now.

What does this have to do with recruiting?

The mods have been kind enough to let a couple threads remain here for recruiting junkies to discuss non-recruiting topics. As our brother said, the FF has been rough this year. Just try getting a rational conversation over there while Dooley was still coach... and even now.

We've had a weekly pre-game thread going here most of the season, and then it becomes the un-official game thread during the game. Don't worry, you can get recruiting news in every other thread in this forum. :hi:

This team has been hit and miss on the offense. I don't know what to think. They are a 13 point favorite at this point. I think we will win. I can't imagine KY having 2 straight wins on us

I will believe us winning a Conference game when I actually see it happen.

I think we might actually win this one. Hopefully by a lot. It would be nice if the team finished the season with a 50 point win.

It's hard to believe, with the expectations we had entering this year, that we are to the point of hoping for a win against a horrifically bad Kentucky team.
