Even if McDowell doesn't know everything he will at least be a head hunter. Not a whiffer

I'm not hasty in my judgments on Butch, but as I watch game after game of his coaching, I find myself starting to hope he is our Mike Shula/Ron Zook: rebuilds and flips the roster, but replaced by a better X's and O's coach.
