Coaches have motivation responsibilities too. If your players aren't fired up at the beginning of a game, some of that falls on the coaches as well.

I am, he took us from the 70th ranked total defense in 2020 to 37th in 2022 and 42nd this year. He can't go on the field and make defenders tackle/not pull facemasks.

One thing, we don’t get any big hits or big blow up plays from our Linebackers.

They’re also the weak point in our pass defense over the middle of the field smh
