I believe it was you and I that were talking about Kelly in the Spring, talking about how we would see little if any drop off with Kelly when Jalen left....got a little flamed for it. Seems we were right. Did happen a little sooner than we thought though. :)

I would put Kamera in slot for certain plays but the dude is dangerous running the ball and coming out of the backfield. I think they will really compliment each other because they will be on the same page unlike what's his name.

You can run Kamara and Kelly in the same backfield. You simply put one of them in motion or run misdirection. They both are outstanding in the open field. I pointed out how good Kelly looked in fall camp. He put in the work and deserves the compliments.

Like a few others on here I am tired of Butch's seniority rules junk after 4 seasons of it. Play the best players with the most upside regardless of experience. Let them learn on the job if not in crisis mode. They will make plays the less capable cannot make. Also, he's got captains that are not even playing due to injuries. They still deserved to be captains. Just add to the captains with the guys that have earned the role that are also leading on the field. That is if it really is all about competition as he says it is. They will then develop into leaders for the future, not just today.

Liked seeing the fight in the team. Should have been a blowout and was. Hopefully we win out. I'd like to see 10 wins with another good bowl showing.

Lol no. Just came in here last night after a fun win and of course reading through the game thread the Nancy's had found something to whine about. Struck a nerve I guess. It just gets old. And it isn't enough for them to just be incessantly negative anymore, now a few of them have to take it a step further and mock everyone that isn't miserable like them.

I agree with CBJ. I can never think of a time when it is okay to boo your team.

You say that you were booing the decision to go for three… Well what if the team perceives it as you are booing the effort they have made in this half. Is that acceptable? What if there were recruits there and they hear the Tennessee fans booing the Tennessee team.. is that acceptable?

During a game, you should wholeheartedly support the team. :hi:

I think it's inappropriate for the coach of any of UT's athletic programs to say "F*** all them" to fans on live TV. I would feel the same way if it were Rick Barnes, Holly Warlick, Dave Serrano or Ralph or Karen Weekly. These coaches are the CEO of a major athletic program. It's their job to represent the university with maturity and class-- and they're well-compensated to do exactly that.
