Butch chose the absolute worst year to make changes to DC and S&C. Jancek had his major mistakes but at least we could tackle. And the S&C is just a failure of the highest order.

Yes. It is a must. I'd even suggest a change at DB coach. Our DBs are underwhelming all over.
