Congratulations! If we have to put our house on the market I'm hoping we have the same luck. The house directly across from us sold in less than a week and under similar circumstances as you.

...but I don't want to move again for 20 years. We've been here just over a year and I still can't claim my garage for my own.

A lot of those drunk folks being charged with rape never had it cross their mind either. In their drunken state, they didn't realize it was rape until they were sitting in the jail cell.

Rapist don't rape to knock their rocks off, they rape to have dominance over another human being. It's why rape is an evil crime.

For someone who doesn't drink or get high you sure like to make a lot of assumptions and pass a lot of judgment on what happens when one drinks/parties. Jmo

For someone who so often claims to be using common sense, you sure do struggle with basic logic sometimes.

I've got that basic logic stuff down. Of course it's tough to utilize on the board. I'd have to marinate it in Orange koolaid for like a month before some could get it.

Eh, you tend tend to teeter towards circular logic (which is pretty much the worst kind of logic there is) when it comes to a lot of things.

But there's definitely something to be said for people who are willing to dig in and stick to their opinions, facts and evidence be damned. America probably never would have become a superpower without people like you, Leb. Whether that's a good thing or not is debatable of course, but it's still true.
