I purchase motels/hotels/inns around the country and renovate them as kind of a hobby. Sometimes I just flip them right after renovation and sometimes I staff them and hold onto them for a while. Kansas, Arizona, Texas, Oregon, Maine, Tennessee, Indiana, and North Dakota are all states I currently have projects going and or properties up and running.
