I got bored so I went through and looked up the HS/JUCO star ratings on our current roster.

Prior to the EE's, the star rating was 2.33
The EE's star rating is: 3.57
The fall enrollee's rating is 3.72
The new roster rating is now 2.73

Quite an improvement on paper.

That's hardcore.

Hey Dust

Why was Donovan left of the World Cup roster?

1) he's not in form 2) speed is a big part of his game and it looks like he's lost a step 3) he took a sabbatical at a crucial time and it didn't sit well with Jurgen.

Despite that, I prob would have brought him and used him as a sub. He has a huge amount of experience and has 5 World Cup goals.

I only watch soccer during the world cup and it was a surprise to hear the only US soccer name I know was not on the team. Thanks.

Here are some names for you to learn for the World Cup (on the USA team). Michael Bradley- engine of the team, no one on the field will outwork him, Fabian Johnson- incredibly skilled German-American that can play LB,RB, and LM. And goals are likely to come from Clint Dempsey, Jozy Altidore, and Aaron Johannson.

Add America to the list of things you hate along with black people and yourself.

I just don't like soccer. It's a sport for little kids. America is going down the tubes badly though. I was actually rooting hard for an American while watching the strong man competitions.

It was an obvious choice but I didn't think jurgs had the balls to do it. Cheers to him.

Messi and his $28 mill a year wants to know what grown men are supposed to make. People that assume it's for kids have never played at a high level or likely watched much at a high level so I just ignore there thoughts because how can you comment on something you know nothing about...

Also, personally I am glad Landon was left off.. I think it was time for a change this isn't his team anymore. This is Dempsey and Michael Bradley's team...

And another name to watch is Wondolowski.. He's a spark plug off the bench in the 2nd half.

I've watched high level soccer. It's boring. They need to hit each other to make it interesting. Soccer players are the most overpaid guys in sports.
It's a little kids game.
It was invented by European women as something to do while the men made dinner.
I do love the soccer riots though.

If you don't think there's hitting it shows how little you've seen..
I've broken: 1 cheek bone, 3 ribs, 2 collarbones, my nose 3 times and countless fingers and toes playing soccer.
Also been in 2 fights.

And it was actually invented by conquerors who chopped off the heads of people they conquered and then kicked it around... But yeah definitely for kids.

You're the first person I've ever heard that actually got hurt by soccer. I've talked to quite a few soccer players. They wouldn't last a second on the football field, except at kicker. They were great kickers.

I did give soccer a real chance. Anytime you see contact its a yellow card. I do have respect for their endurance though.

One of my best friends was a defensemen that weighed 270. It was funny to see.

I agree with the boring part and some of their saleries are outragous but they do play alot of dang games. You want to really get depressed try counting down how many baseball games there are till football season.

Gotta be in the millions.

Hey LV my dad has some land along I75 between Cleveland and Chattanooga that would be great for a hotel or restaurant? How do you sale land straight to a corporate company like Chick Fil a, or any other company? Also the area is booming.

My advice would be free, but it would be hard to explain everything on here. If you would like to talk let me know.

Yeah they are busy and so am I ,and my pay is squat comparatively. That is more depressing than the exuberant amount of baseball games until football season, but just barely lol
