Hot chicken is chicken that's fed cayenne pepper, killed by drowning in cayenne pepper, rubbed with cayenne pepper, marinated in cayenne pepper, then breaded in cayenne pepper. No sauce.

I like Southern Fried Chicken. Everything else is just because they don't know how to make fried chicken right.

Eh traditionally buffalo chicken is saucier and is lathered in a butter/hot sauce mix. Hot chicken uses a different type of seasoning to get the heat.

Calling hot chicken buffalo chicken is like calling Tennessee Whiskey Bourbon.

I had Hattie B's three weeks ago. No sauce.

Buffalo chicken is unbreaded chicken, fried, then slathered in a hot sauce.

I sat here and looked at it for a good two minutes trying to figure out if Freak would want me to delete it. Finally threw my hands up in the air and decided there's no rule against science fiction.
