It was mostly my fault. But hey at least I got Leb to admit that the law is more important to him than humanity or values or morality.
Now when he gets on his high horse about Butch's recruiting we can always just remind him that he'd willingly do worse!

And cops pick and choose what laws they want to enforce all the time. That's why young black men are 30% more likely to be charged for drug use than young white men despite that fact that it's been proven that both demographics have the same levels of drug use. Or why some cops ticket people for driving 5 over at the end of the month. Or how campus PD at many colleges have decided not to bother trying to catch kids drinking and smoking pot and focus on real crimes.
Cops have agency too.
