How do you stay energized?

I haven't gone full keto, but I've done very low carb (<30g a day) and every time I feel a little sluggish for a day or two and after that I feel normal again. Maybe even have a little more energy if I workout regularly

How do you stay energized?

After a few days my metabolism kicks in and I start burning fat like crazy, I actually feel way more energetic once this happens. It is not for everybody, some folks just have different body chemistry. And it takes a load of willpower. I crave sugar all the time. If I really bear down, I can lose 15-20 lbs in a month, all while still in taking a good amount if calories from protein. You wont lose muscle either, just fat.

What happened?

Chris Matthews asked about abortions. He walked into a trap. Said that women should in some way be punished for aborting their child if it's illegal. It's all over most places already. "Trump wants to punish women who abort"

An irresponsible and inaccurate headline? No!

Too bad the psycho priest is going to get the nomination in a convention. Won't be voting this November.

So he wants to punish someone who did something illegal. Has to be something else to the story

God has this to say about harming an unborn child:

22 "When men strive together and hit a pregnant woman, so that her children come out, but there is no harm, the one who hit her shall surely be fined, as the woman's husband shall impose on him, and he shall pay as the judges determine.
23 But if there is harm, then you shall pay life for life, - Exodus 21:22-23

I know this will be unpopular here, but based on this, punishment for the woman and even the person who performs the abortion is very fitting.

Could not be more clear - except to those that don't like what God said.

I'm curious about what excites you so much about Trump. I'm not trying to be a jerk. Just want to know. He genuinely gives me the feeling that he would lead our country into the next civil war.

That might happen regardless of who wins though. Who knows.

I don't know that I'm right about Trump. I don't know squat honestly.

I'm just curious about what you hope for Trump to accomplish if he becomes president.

Are you rooting for anarchy? Are you just looking for something different? Does he really inspire you?

Trump is either a xenophobic, racist, sexist ******* with no rational plans to "make America great again" or he's a lying opportunist, pandering to a disenfranchised, angry base.

Either way, he would be bad for America

No way this "ends him." Many in his base feel this way

Yeah I mean everything that's come out of his mouth up to this point sounds like nonsense to me, yet his allegiance continues to grow stronger. I can't imagine this particular mishap will play out much different.

Not sure there is much trump can say that will end his support among his core committed supporters. I think the last few months has proven that.

Will this help him in the genral ? probably not. But his chances in the general have been looking pretty bleak before this anyways.

Funny, though, when I read this earlier today, it made me actually think for a moment I might could vote for him. Haha. But I still won't, even though I liked this stance he took (of course he is apparently back-tracking now anyways, so it's moot I guess)
