Strongly disagree, that's just what the media want you to believe.

Lol. The media is not saying that. Trump is a pop culture phenom that you and other naive pop culture fanatics have built up to be your hero. You all eat up everything he says like a bunch of Pigs to slop when all he's doing is leading you to slaughter. He's as big a liberal as Hillary.

Nah. Regardless I'd rather a business man lead the country than a priest owned by goldman Sachs.

We are going to NYC on May 12th for a couple of days. What are your Top 10 things to do while visiting?

So far on the agenda:
Central Park - Alice in Wonderland statue.
NYC Public Library & Bryant park
Times Square
Staten Island Ferry
Double decker bus tour
Broadway Show (much to my dismay)
Rockafeller Center / Tower
try to go to the Tonight Show taping
pizza
nice steak dinner

Yes I got the memo to avoid putting the suitcase on the bed.
What do we need to add / take off the list??

True NYC Italian food
An Irish Pub
The broadway show can be a blast (Spamalot, Shrek, even the Lion King) all were phenomenal if still playing.
Statue of Liberty was incredible as well

I would add John's for pizza close to Times Square. I almost ate a whole pizza by myself.

Maybe not the biggest...Obama's still in office. :)

Niceeeee!

BTW, still really think it's all a sham but... Team Cruz, Capitol Police Emails Pop Up in Ashley Madison Data Dump (Updated)

Also interesting to note that the guy who wrote the National Enquirer article on the Cruz sex scandal has won 2 Pulitzer Prizes. Should be a crazy day tomorrow.

Lol so your entire argument is basically that Trump is the biggest fraud in history of politics correct?

Yes. Your argument is that he's honest and plans on following through with what he says despite a history that says otherwise. Donald Trump only says and does things that benefit Donald Trump. People that support Trump say he's a departure from the beltway bafoons when he's half the equation. Trump supporters claim the Washington is on the take when he's doing the taking. You people that lap up this stuff that comes out of Trump's mouth make me both laugh and feel sorry at the same time. He's a liberal. Always has been, always will be.

Trump just tells it like it is. Cruz's team should not attack family. He had it coming to him...

That's a lie. It's an anti Donald super pac, not a pro Ted pac. The woman who runs it is not a Cruz fan. At all. Secondly, it's illegal for Ted Cruz or anyone who works for Ted Cruz to have any contact with anyone in a super pac about anything. They had ZERO to do with that and Ted said that. He cannot "call them to stop" as retarded Donald voters think. It's illegal. If there's proof they did have contact then I'm sure Donald will press charges. But he won't because it's a damn LIE. A lie that all the Trumpkins are eating up with a big fake gold Trump spoon. Donald is the one who personally tweeted that awful attack on Cruz's wife knowing it wasnt fair. He's a classless scumbag and he has earned a 70% negative rating among women nationwide, 72% neg with millienials, 83% negative with blacks, 77% hispanics, and 68% of suburbonites. That's a losing recipe. Divison may allow him to get the nomination with just 35% of the vote but that will not win a general election. I wish Donald would try and sue Ted so Ted could depose Donald and embarrass his dumb ass.

Good. I'm all for beating Donald. This is within the rules. .

Yeah as long as it's within the rules and saves the country, then go for it. But it must not be done by cheating.

Now, having said that, if the shoe were on the other foot, and this was happening to Cruz, I'd be upset.

Shake shack. Maybe for lunch or something? There are a few in Nyc but I think it's the one in Madison square I had. It was awesome. Far better than burger fi imo. My wife still talks about it being the best burger. Not to mention the custard. Mmmm

Exactly - that's why I posted it. The silly rules and primary set ups that differ state by state infuriate the average citizen. They destroy the credibility of the party and the system. That's what causes the anger to help guys like Trump take advantage. If everything was consistent, including the method in every state, I doubt Cruz would have had any issues dispatching all opponents without all the game playing and rancor. The party and right leaning independents would have been fully on board and a full court press would have been on the lying Dems, instead of the nickname Ted now has.

Changing the rules midstream or at the convention may be within the rules as well. It doesn't make it the right thing to do. They are all talking about what is best for the American people, until it works against them. Then use or change the rules to gain an advantage. The Dems' system is even worse. No wonder people are so fed up with it all.

Yessir, myself and I think PainDocVol

How may we help?

I'm applying to residency this fall and still trying to figure out what I'm gonna do with my life. I originally thought ortho, but I'm not sure if thats gonna work out. I enjoyed being in the OR during my surgery rotation, but I'm not sure that's the life I want. I've went back and forth between ortho and sports med a lot.

I have enjoyed spending time with sports med docs trained in family med residencies. I think that is something I would be happy doing, but I didn't enjoy family medicine and don't see myself as a PCP. I'm not sure that I would like doing a 3 year residency in primary care.

So I've come across PM&R. I've known about it, but it seems like a hard field to get a grasp on and there isn't any exposure to it during med school. From what I've read online it seems like something that could fit me well. Anatomy has always been my favorite subject, especially msk anatomy. I would like to do procedures in my career as well. I suppose I've always seen my self working in an ortho office, but I wouldn't limit myself to that if other opportunities arise. I'm just trying to gather as much info on it as I can.

Would you recommend it as a career?

Thanks

Don't hold back!! Now tell us how you really feel!:):)

It's the rules. Naturally, being on the losing end would be upsetting, but it's not a dirty trick or playing unfairly. The states set the rules. The Constitution dictates that the states set the rules as the party system was not contained within the Constitution thus making the primary rules a power reserved to the several states. If "the people" are fed up with the rules then they need to take responsibility for their respective states and stop blaming a straw man somewhere far away in a dark smoky room. It's us. It's our home states and the legislatures who represent us.

Take a step back and look at the optics of the system. There are a myriad of rules for each state. In the open primary states some require 5, some 10, some 15, some 20% of the vote to receive the first delegate. Then there are the states with no requirements, the closed primary states, the winner take-alls, the partial vote count/partial district vote count states, and so on. Good grief. Average Joe Citizen sees that and questions the system and the reason to even vote until it gets to the general. Most don't even know the electoral college exists. If they do they could not tell you how or why. Then you deal with the convention and the political hacks that live off the party ----. And yeah, I've been in a few of your "dark smoky rooms". There is no straw man being employed here. Been there.

Trump is pulling the biggest con job on America in it's history. He has no intention of following through with any of his claims. He's saying whatever it takes to gain the nomination. If he wins the presidency he wins. If he loses the election he wins. Regardless, get ready for the worst period in American history since the civil war. Wait and see.

The biggest con job in America has already been pulled by the current biggest terrorist in America, the potus!! That status has already been claimed, sorry!

I'm not opposed to promotion of a common standard, but again, as a matter of law it's up to the legislatures of the states. You can't just seize the primary process nationally and force the states to adopt any certain rules. There are only two ways to legally change the rules under our Constitution. You either convince the several states to individually agree to a common standard or you ratify a new amendment to the Constitution which again requires approval of the states.
