Weren't there some PM&R docs/physiatrists that post on the boards? Any of you guys in here?

Donald Trump officially made me root for Cruz with his shenanigans last night.

I'm actively feeling bad for Cruz. That's how awful of a person Donald Trump is.

Hope Cruz buries his campaign.

Trump just tells it like it is. Cruz's team should not attack family. He had it coming to him...

I have not supported Trump. But he is owning the media time and is the focal point of most press. Forget the brokered convention nonsense, which is just an attempt to shift the focus away from him and build momentum for somebody else. If they can't beat him mano on mano through the normal process, get behind him and support his nomination. Otherwise the party is just crapping on the voters.

Cruz's team didn't. A Super Pac did

EBen Shales at GQ sales said ad was ordered by Jeff Roe who is Ted Cruz's campaign manager. Even if not true, why would Cruz not disavow that behavior? Seems a bit hypocritical after talking about Trump and the KKK doesn't it? Also, this just broke: https://m.imgur.com/6Y9upoO?r

Yeah yeah, you're thinking oh its just National Enquirer... keep in mind they broke the stories of Tiger Woods, OJ Simpson, John Edwards etc. May not be true, but still looks bad.

Please show me link to the info about Cruz's campaign manager being involved.

If Cruz can be close in delegates at convention time, I would be ok with it. It would give me somebody I could actually vote for, and someone I could be excited about rather than trump.

Not sure If I would vote for kasich, and even if I did I would have basically zero excitement about it. But I think I would rather it be him than trump. That being said, kasich should get out and let Cruz make an attempt at a big run at trump.

Lol

That story was probably preceded by a story of a woman giving birth to an alien.

Maybe, doesn't change the fact that they have been right before. Keep in mind the same guy who wrote that broke the John Edwards affair case.

Nothing against you CB at all but America has proven that we no longer have morals.

Clinton admitted while in office and had many more than 5 claims prior to running but somehow is viewed as a great President.

Sure, but Ted is supposed to be the Godly guy that the evangelicals love. In that case if you take out the moral side of things, what do you dislike about Trump?

We are going to NYC on May 12th for a couple of days. What are your Top 10 things to do while visiting?

So far on the agenda:
Central Park - Alice in Wonderland statue.
NYC Public Library & Bryant park
Times Square
Staten Island Ferry
Double decker bus tour
Broadway Show (much to my dismay)
Rockafeller Center / Tower
try to go to the Tonight Show taping
pizza
nice steak dinner

Yes I got the memo to avoid putting the suitcase on the bed.
What do we need to add / take off the list??

I agree. :good!:

The key is close and under the total required without any shenanigans. If it's close, have at it as long as it is one or the other - none of this bringing in somebody that did not fight in the primaries or was a loser to those two. One of those two - fight for the free delegates in the second round.

He's unstable. A Presidential must be the face of our nation. An ambassador. I don't want him representing me. Can you imagine him negotiating? "Hey Putin, you're fired"

That being said, if it's him vs Hillary... Give me Trump. She belongs in prison.

Sure I can understand that. I mean he was an entertainer (Like Reagan). I don't actually think he would use that line, I mean the guy has a very high IQ. He has to be stable to own 10 billion dollars worth of assets. He's got a great family which to me reflects the sort of person he is when the cameras are off of him. Jmo of course

This is something I can agree with on Trump. He is a brilliant man. He knows how to surround himself with brilliant people. The results would be strikingly different. I believe he will tone it down when he begins speaking of 300+ million people and realizes if he screws up in the wrong ways he could be impeached and shamed. I generally agree with his platform.

I don't agree with the arrogant boasting and trashing his opponents. I know it plays well for the less astute or those that like the brash in your face style, but a leader needs to lead in positive ways to be successful long term. He can be the polar opposite to Clinton and Obama and still win without all the junk. Obama won with believable lies. Look how that has all worked out. Pathetic. Hillary would be even worse.

Cruz fell in the trap of playing politics and it cost him. Some of his campaign has been brilliant and well planned. Other parts were too obviously trying to take advantage of people and situations. We all make mistakes. But Trump is a master of the media and used the missteps to his advantage. The more rational and values oriented voter is willing to see through it. It is killing the establishment to side with Cruz because he has truly been a thorn in their sides for years. He is an outsider like Trump and many of his points address the major issues in similar ways - despite the game playing Rubio tried to pull on an issue or two to cast a cloud over him. If I were to give Cruz one piece of advice it would be to tell Beck to shut up.

Trump is pulling the biggest con job on America in it's history. He has no intention of following through with any of his claims. He's saying whatever it takes to gain the nomination. If he wins the presidency he wins. If he loses the election he wins. Regardless, get ready for the worst period in American history since the civil war. Wait and see.

Strongly disagree, that's just what the media want you to believe.
