Final straw. I've convinced most of my family to register independent. The country is screwed. Just glad Trump has exposed it all, even though he's not going to get the nominee.

Pretty pathetic all around - both sides of the aisle. But the Trump and Cruz camps have so polarized their bases that neither is going to cross over en masse on election day. So stupid.

I am convince the Dems could trot El Chapo out there and their voters would vote him in.

Ted Cruz is going to win on ballot two in Cleveland and then he will beat Hillary in November. No one likes her. Literally almost anyone in the world could have beaten her. Trump even could have at one point had he simply done two things that any half competent presidential candidate should do: 1) act presidential. He's failed to that. The TV Donald is entertaining but not a good look for president. 2) pick a competent campaign crew who knows what they're doing. It's not all about TV appearances and rallies. If you don't have a darn good ground game to get out the vote in the general and court delegates you're not going to beat the Dems or maybe not even win the primary. The Dems cheat for real so you have to bring your A game to compensate for all the dead people and cartoon characters who mysteriously vote Dem in every election. It has been well documented that Don has the worst ground game ever seen in this country. Like ever. It's almost like he doesn't want to win. Maybe he's just not as great at picking people as he tells us he is. Either way, it's no bueno. But I'm very confident that when America is given the choice between Hillary and almost anyone else it will be a swift and easy choice.
