Worse. Based on whether my students pass a test that I've never seen and will never see. Also whether or not my principal is having a bad day or not
What are you saying? Do you not get paid if someone complains?
But you get paid the full amount that week though right
FTR I would not have your job. Much respect for educators. Dealing with parents has to be the worst thing ever.
Medical regulations have gone off the charts stupid. Reimbursement associated with patient satisfaction. So if we save someone's life and they complain because of broken ribs that occurs during chest compressions (happens with adequate CPR) some jerk in a cubicle decides the amount that Medicare/Medicaid pays to the facility or provider. There's a saying we use "Did you die? The score should be 100".
I edited my post because it comes across as abrasive. My apologies.
All good. Throughout my college years when someone asked what my major was, and I would tell them Biology. They would immediately ask if I was going to be a doctor. I told them they couldn't pay me enough to work in a hospital. You're a good man (and every other nurse/doctor) for choosing that field. Also, explain one thing to me... Why do so many medical personnel smoke?
Heck, I think we should just abolish the states and create 13 districts each with their own speciality like timber, power, grain, etc. Then, we can select a certain number of people from each district and have them perform a task to see which is more healthy.

Same reason soldiers do, the calming effect.
Wrong. If you don't smoke as a Soldier, you get put on details and have to do more work. Most Soldiers start smoking to avoid getting tasked with extra work. If two Soldiers are on a break and one is smoking ANF the other isn't, the one that isn't smoking is obviously not in need of a break and is free to go rake pine needles or conduct a police call for dangerous and unsightly pine cones in the area.
Lol. This is so true. I have quit now but I smoked all throughout the Navy. I tried to quit on one deployment and quickly learned that those 10 minutes I used to go smoke were my breaks, so I started smoking again to get my breaks back.
Since you have been such a chatty cathy and told everyone their reasoning is naive, what is your reason behind legalization?
