I'll say it again, Lane is by far the best rb on the Tennessee roster. Neal needs a partner to dance with and if anyone even looks youngs direction he hits the turf. Atleast Lane hits the hole and usually drags people forward with him. Hope he gets over the mental issue with his knee, we need him badly.

Wasn't even close tonight... Lane>Neal..... honestly Neal looked very soft... at 210-215 and a 4.3 forty he should be absolutely trucking ppl (physics yo)....

Agreed. Neal needed a compass to show him how to run North and South. Still glad we didn't abandon the run and get pass happy.

I wasn't throwing salt. Said CP was off to a good start. D still has issues with DBs outside of PW but the DL was active and got good pressure. B+(8.5 out 10)

CP looks like a monster at WR. His speed was on display on the reverse. I bet DR feels so stupid right now. But do you guys have a the players to hurt us on offense? Buckle up for this ride GATOR. Two weeks baby!!!!

Just needs to go tap on JH's shoulder. They were both doing too much dancing tonight.

UT will be better off w/o that headcase. I don't know what UF will do on O but do know JH and Cp aren't going to be running around w/o anyone within 15 yards. I never witness so much fkd coverage against a team like UT. Looked like the S took the entire night off.

Cant complain about that for a first game. Im happy with the defense and i know sunsuri will shore up the secondary. Lane is the best back IMO. What happened to Lathers? McCullers never played again when Lathers went out and our QB pressure and run stopping ability went down with those two out. Eric Gorden played great. Maggitt, Moore, and A.J played very good also.

The false starts infuriated me tonight.

Best game I've seen out of Bray as a Vol.

LOVE the new-look d. It's so much easier when you can get pressure on the qb.

Lane looked really good.

Neal didn't.

CP = BEAST.

O-line needs to get more push off the ball.

Who would've thought Eric Gordon would play that out of his mind???

Nice to get this win convincingly. Needed this as a fan. We played ok, but I thought there was room for improvement across the board. JH had some drops and I thought the run game could've been a lot better. Bray was the only one who couldn't have played any better. Solid win, should've blown them out tonight. But over all I'm very pleased with this, considering it was the first game, and we got a win in the Dome on national tv. GBO.

I can't wait to see some press coverage. Hunter needs to knock some more of his rust off this upcoming week. Then we need to sit them and rest them the second half.
