Well said. That's why this a 50/50 game. I swear there is no shame if we can't pull it off.

It's a long season.

I really want this game though. I hate losing to Florida. But I really hate when we lose to them in years when they aren't any good. 2013, 2014, 2015 were tough to swallow.

Gonna make my final prediction. 30-17 Vols.

JK 115 yards 1 TD
Dormady 2 TD
Tyler Byrd houses one for 50+ yards on a nice catch and run.

Gonna tack a random prediction on:

John Kelly Gator chomps at the crowd after he scores a tough TD on the goal line late in the 4th to ice the game.

Yep she knows lingering... she just can't believe how many knee injuries we've had already this year...

We have a problem with having too many injury prone players. Hard to build quality depth when we have 10+ players with serious injuries every year....

21-20 Vols.

Tough hard nose game that has us pulling out our hair through to the final seconds.

The running game and special teams play a big role in the win. Dormady makes a few painful mistakes but does just enough in the end to seal a victory for the good guys. Kyle Philips and Darrell Taylor become household names.

The narrative around our program and Butch Jones changes for the better with this win, and the negavols are forced to openly pull against Tennessee the rest of the way.

We do seem to recruit a ton of players who have sustained serious injuries before they even arrive on campus.

We are still haunted by last season. Hardly any of these injuries are from this season.

A lot of our players that are hurt seem to ger hurt on a yearly basis.. They seem prone to getting hurt. Whether that's an equipment issue or strength conditioning etc I don't know

Time for the Warrior to be unleashed! Hate it for TKjr though, he's a great young man. I think TK has been trying to play through this for a long time.

I thought TK was splitting time with Abernathy? Nevertheless, Warrior needs a breakout game tomorrow!

That would explain a lot.

This news explains the whole "playing in quick sand" comment that some have stated about TK at the end of last year. The kid was pretty explosive when he started out here, and just kinda lost a step last year. It's good news in a way because these guys are going to have time to fully recover this offseason.

Feels like Hall, Austin Smith, TKjr, Kirkland, Berry, Sapp, Tuttle, Kmac, and Bates have not been fully healthy since they've been here 🤔

I believe this to be the case. We never had the depth to just let guys fully recover imo. It's also pretty apparent our S&C was a huge issue! Rock will get it sorted out in time.
