I see people get better even after long periods.
The true key is appropriate therapy with the injections.
The McKenzie protocol is extremely important. Find at Physical Therapist that is certified or has at least been to the courses. Big difference in outcomes.

Not doc here but I have recently purchased a Teeter incline table. It has done wonders for me. 3 herniated discs for almost 30 years. The best relieve I have found. Was recommended by my chiropractor.

1. Tennessee (Josh Dobbs, Alvin Kamara, Cam Sutton, Derek Barnett)
2. Florida (Marcus Maye, Jarrad Davis, Teez Tabor, Caleb Brantley)
3. Stanford (Christian McCaffrey and Solomon Thomas)
4. Alabama (Marlon Humphrey and Eddie Jackson)
5. Miami (David Njoku and Brad Kaaya)

Tennessee and Florida have the most elite NFL talent this year in the draft. Each have 4 players with first round grades from me.

Jonathan Allen, OJ Howard, Cam Robinson, Tim Williams, Marlon Humphrey, Reuben Foster

LSU:
Jamal Adams, Fournette

Clemson:
Watson, Mike Williams

Florida: some teams value Q Wilson higher than Tabor

Sutton is not a 1st round grade, although I think he will be a steal for someone in 2-3.
Dobbs is nowhere near a 1st round grade.

Who's giving Humphrey a first round grade? The Buckeye CBs are both going to be better than him. He can't find the ball either and is a bust waiting to happen. Raekwon McMillan at LB will be another good player to watch. If Baker at LB is in the draft he's another damn good player for them.

Why are you even quoting that troll? He's obviously on something. I'm a huge Sutton fan but wouldn't grade him as a first rounder in this draft and how he played as a junior.

Cam is so versatile. I think he'll have a great career. Unfortunately poor coaching limited him in his college career. But I think he'll go in round 2 or 3 and be a great player

Injury hurt him bad. He was going to dominate this past season. Similar to his Sophomore year. If he had played like his 2nd year as a junior he would've jumped. He would've gotten a high grade. Kid flat out dominated.
